We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to lead our thriving One Year old setting! Time has flown and we have grown steadily with huge demand but in order to grow even further we need more passionate Nursery Nurse's to join our exceptional team.
Our setting is uniquely based boasting large grounds, airy spacey rooms and providing a calm as well as picturesque environment. Our program is designed to prepare children for their next educational journey, instilling a love for learning and developing essential social and academic skills.
We work above the keyworker ratio, giving Nursery Practitioners not only time to breathe within the day, but also plan and be creative with their activities and observations. We are the kind of setting who clearly understand that to care for our childrenwe must care for our staff.
Based in Lewisham it is easily accessible by both train and bus with parking available for those who drive.
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year
Responsibilities of a Nursery Practitioner include:
- Care:Providing a caring and nurturing environment for the children in your care and to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Child Development:Observing and assessing childrens progress, identifying individual learning needs and tailoring activities to support their development
- Health and Safety:Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all children, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records and report on each childs progress and activities

You will need:
- Experience working within childcare
- Knowledge of EYFS and Safeguarding
- To hold a qualification of level 2 or level 3 in Childcare or above
- Clear Enhanced DBS
